Taking a break to make and consume art
Sharing some of my own work, and my favourite art/statues
Recently I visited the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum eager to take it all in. While perusing the paintings on the wall, and the statues I remembered how much I enjoy art in its many forms.
Since I was young I’ve always had a passion for art, and with my current state of writers block, I’ve fished out my old canvases to display. For the first time in a long time I even created something new using an old canvas, oil paints, candle wax, thread and beads. (Which will be shared on my Substack profile)
In the spirit of celebrating art, I’d like to share with you my favourite statues and artwork in this visual edition of The Ghoulish Gazette. Art works from the past and present, from galleries all over the world to online work.

Doing a little something different today, I hope it was just as enjoyable for you to take in some art work and have a break from reading as much as it was for me. I’m planning on visiting a lot of art museums and cemetery’s in the next few months so I’m sure I’ll be back with more.
Until the next, stay weird.
xoxo Kaci
Love the winged, vampiric vibes of a lot of this art! Thanks for sharing :)
Nude vampire with gloves is my new favorite thing now.
