Good afternoon fellow people, poets, and painters. I’m excited to share this months art feature theme: Nudity in art.
I don’t know what it is about nude art that draws my eye in so much. Maybe it’s the beauty, maybe envy or awe, regardless, the nude form in art is seen frequently, celebrating humanity in its most natrual form. Given that this is of course the Valentine month, it felt fitting for Nude art to be the subject.
Guerrilla Girls, Do Women Have To Be Naked To Get Into the Met. Museum? 1989.
Going forward each month will of course have a different theme. To keep myself right I’m making a shedule on what each month will be, and my question is. Would you rather let each month be a surprise, or should I share the shedule from March- December with you all?
